• Weekly Yoga Classes

    Weekly classes create space for your team to quiet the mind and take time out, relieving physical and mental tension and leaving them feeling re-energised.​

    We find regular weekly sessions work best for continuity and engagement.

    Mindfulness and breathing equip your people with the tools to stay focused and calm under pressure. Physical poses concentrate on areas of the body that get compressed due to sitting, standing or lifting.

    Yoga classes cater to all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis, run for 50 minutes and can take place before/after work or at lunch time.​​ Alternatively, we can run multiple sessions in a day so everyone in the office can organise a time to attend.

    Investment: A happy, healthy team is priceless, however classes cost $250 per class for 10 week terms when prepaid by company. No minimum attendee requirement.
